1. BONUS OFFERS

1.1. Casongo.ng provides the following bonus offers:

  • Casino Bonus Money (2);
  • Free spins (3);
  • and Sports free bets (4);
  • to eligible players registered at Casongo.ng. Bonuses are not available to persons under eighteen (18), vulnerable persons prohibited from gambling, or self-excluded players.

1.2. The following 3 types describe the conditions of bonus accrual:

  • Deposit Offer (5): You have to deposit a certain amount to receive it;
  • Bet-and-Get Offer (6): You have to place a certain amount / certain number of bets to receive it;
  • No Deposit Offer (7): You do not need to meet any requirements; it’s a gift, enjoy.

1.3. If you choose to subscribe to marketing, you may receive information about new bonuses and promotions through newsletters, browser push notifications, SMS and on-site Notifications (bell icon). You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time. Marketing will not be sent to self-excluded players.

2. CASINO BONUS MONEY

2.1. Casino bonus money (including winnings from slot free spins and instant free bets) is your balance that can be used on specific casino games.

2.2. Your active bonus can be found in Rewards (in your Profile).

2.3. Bonus money is subject to wagering requirements (see 8. Wagering Requirements).

2.4. The Wagering Requirements depend on the specific bonus rules (read the Promo Card before accepting the offer / See Reward Card to see your current progress).

2.5. Bonus money winnings can be capped (limited). Maximum winnings from Bonus funds depend on the specific bonus rules (read the Promo Card before accepting the offer, see Reward Card to check your active bonus).

2.6. If you cancel an active bonus, all winnings received from the bonus money bets will also be canceled.

2.7. You may withdraw your Cash Balance while a bonus is active. If a withdrawal requires cancellation of the active bonus under the applicable promotion terms disclosed before acceptance, you will lose only the cancelled bonus and winnings derived from it; unrelated Cash Balance will not be forfeited.

3. FREE SPINS

3.1. Free Spins (sometimes named “Free Bets” for Instant Games) are free rounds in a specific game. You do not spend your real or bonus balance while using them.

3.2. Free Spins are given in “packs” (for example, 25 Free Spins in Sweet Bonanza) and sometimes need to be activated (claimed) in your Rewards before they appear in the game.

3.3. After you play the full “pack” of Free Spins, all the winnings you received will appear in your Rewards as Casino Bonus Money (see clause 2).

4. Sports Free Bets

4.1. A sports free bet is a free betting ticket that can be used in Sportsbook activities (betting). It means when you use it, you do not spend your real or bonus balance.

4.2. The amount of the free bet is mentioned in the Promo Card (read the Promo Card before accepting the offer).

4.3. The free bet is usually valid for single and combination bets (unless otherwise specified).

4.4. The free bet is usually valid for 3 days after receipt (unless otherwise specified).

4.5. The free bet ticket must have a minimum total odds of 3.0 (unless otherwise specified).

4.6. The free bet cannot be used on even/odd and over/under markets.

4.7. The free bet is accessible and can be activated in the betting grid.

4.8. The free bet amount is always deducted from the winnings.

For example, you place a NGN 100 Free Bet on an event with odds of 3.0. The potential win is NGN 300. If you win, NGN 200 (the win minus the free bet) is credited to your balance.

5. DEPOSIT OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5.1. How to activate the deposit casino bonus?

  • Go to the Promotions
  • Select the bonus you like and click the button on the promo card
  • Make a deposit according to the bonus T&C
  • Activate your bonus in Rewards (in some cases, the bonus can be activated automatically in the game; please read the bonus terms)
  • Congratulations, the bonus is yours!

5.2. Sometimes, Casino deposit bonuses have special wagering requirements, including the deposit amount (please, read the Promo Card before accepting the offer).

5.3. How to activate a deposit sports free bet?

  • Go to the Promotions
  • Select the free bet you like and click the button on the promo card
  • Make a deposit according to the bonus T&C
  • Go to the Sportsbook
  • Enable your Free Bet in the betting grid when creating a betting ticket (betslip).

6. BET-AND-GET OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.1. How to activate the bet-and-get casino bonus?

  • Go to the Promotions
  • Select the bonus you like and click the button on the promo card
  • Place an eligible amount and/or an eligible number of bets on an eligible game/games according to the bonus T&C
  • Activate your bonus in Rewards (in some cases, the bonus can be activated automatically in the game; please read the bonus terms)
  • Congratulations, the bonus is yours!

6.2. How to activate a deposit sports free bet?

  • Go to the Promotions
  • Select the free bet you like and click the button on the promo card
  • Place an eligible bet/bets on eligible sports markets according to the free bet T&C
  • Go to the Sportsbook
  • Enable your Free Bet in the betting grid when creating a betting ticket (betslip).

7. NO DEPOSIT CASINO BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7.1. How to activate a no-deposit casino bonus?

  • Go to the Promotions (if required, you will be redirected from communication)
  • Select the bonus you like and click the button on the promo card (if required)
  • Go to the Rewards (if required, you will be redirected from the promo card. In some cases, you have your bonus already activated, and you will be redirected from Promotions to the eligible game/ games section).
  • Activate your bonus in Rewards.

7.2. How to activate a no-deposit sports free bet?

  • Go to the Promotions (if required, you will be redirected from communication)
  • Select the free bet you like and click the button on the promo card (if required)
  • Go to the Sportsbook (you have your bonus already activated, and will be redirected from Promotions to Sportsbook)
  • Enable your Free Bet in the betting grid when creating a betting ticket (betslip).

7.3. Withdrawing money from no-deposit offer winnings is available only for verified players with at least 1 (one) successful deposit with Casongo.ng.

8. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

8.1. If you want to convert bonus money into real money and withdraw it, you need to place bets on the bonus amount multiplied by the wager (it will always be specified in the Reward Card / Promo Card before acceptance).

For example, you have a NGN 100 bonus with a wager of x5. To convert it into real money, you have to place NGN 500 of eligible bets.

8.2. For bonus wagering requirements, real money is wagered first, then bonus money.

8.3. All bets placed with bonus money will have winnings on the bonus money balance.

8.4. You can fulfill your bonus wagering requirements only in selected Slots, Instant Games, and/or Live Games specified in certain bonus Terms and Conditions.

8.5. The following games (listed by the link) have 0 contribution towards wagering requirements.

8.6. While wagering an active bonus on Instant Games, the player must make an in-game cash out (whether manually or using the Auto-Cashout feature) at a multiplier of x1.5 or higher. A lower cash-out is a breach of this rule. Where the breach is established, Casongo.ng may void only the affected bonus and directly connected bonus winnings; unrelated Cash Balance will not be confiscated.

8.7. The maximum bet while wagering a Bonus is the NGN amount specified in the applicable Promo Card before acceptance.

For VIP players, any different maximum bet must likewise be specified in the applicable Promo Card in NGN before acceptance.

9. TECHNICAL ISSUES

9.1. Please note that, due to a short platform technical delay or the user’s browser cache/cookies, the bonus already used may still appear in the profile’s Rewards section, even though it is no longer available for further use.

9.2. The same sort of issue (as in 9.1) may occur if the reward card is missing from your Rewards section, even though it should appear after you meet the accrual requirements.

9.3. Both cases (9.1, 9.2) may be solved by clearing the browser cache and reloading the page. In case it doesn’t help, please make sure you have completed the accrual requirements, and if so, contact Support.

10. BONUS FAIRNESS RULES AND FRAUD PREVENTION

10.1. Only one bonus offer (such as Free Spins, Free Bets, or Bonus Money) can be accrued for each eligible action (e.g., a deposit or a specific bet amount). Attempts to obtain multiple offers for a single action will be considered fraudulent.

10.2. Casongo.ng may modify or cancel these terms or a promotion for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention or operational reasons. Material changes will be notified in advance where reasonably practicable and will not be applied retrospectively to a player's detriment or alter an already accepted promotion, settled bet or accrued Cash Balance.

10.3. Where objective evidence establishes material abuse of an offer, Casongo.ng may exclude the player from the promotion, cancel affected free bets, and remove only the affected bonus and directly connected bonus winnings. Unrelated Cash Balance will not be confiscated.

10.4. Established material abuse may result in closure of the player's account on casongo.ng where this is proportionate and permitted by the General Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
